Return Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once your order has been placed, orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled. You are more than welcome to return your item(s) in accordance with our return policy.
RETURN POLICY:
Here at Wildflowers Apparel, you have 10 days from the day you received your item(s) to return. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist with any questions. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be damaged free, unwashed, unworn, makeup free, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. All funds will be returned in the form of store credit.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:
Please include your packing slip with your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We do not offer exchanges due to daily inventory changes. You are more than welcome to reorder your item if available; however, store credit will not be issued until returned item(s) is received.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR WRONG ORDERS
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item(s) please email us within three days of the delivery confirmation date for further assistance.
NOTE:
Returns are processed Monday-Friday
Any item(s) returned ineligible for return will be held until the customer pays shipping fee ($7.00) to have the item(s) mailed back to them.
Lost Packages: We will do all we can to help you find your lost package, but please understand once the package is in the hands of USPS The Wildflower Apparel is not held responsible
